From a technical standpoint, the candidate should demonstrate proficiency in utilizing SAP IBP's demand planning module, leveraging its capabilities to enhance collaboration across teams in the US and key regional teams, thereby unlocking value within SAC operations and supporting the brand's growth. Familiarity with advanced planning tools such as APO, SAP IBP, Logility, and JDA Manugistics is considered a significant advantage. The role involves leading monthly demand review and consensus meetings with leadership from US sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure that demand aligns with business needs and financial plans. The Director will also collaborate with key US retailers and sales teams to align retailer forecasts with specific programs and events, manage end-to-end innovation forecasting for the US domestic business, and participate in incoming supply review meetings to communicate risks to demand and orders. Additionally, the role includes conducting ad-hoc analyses as required.
