About the position

The Director of Global Digital Marketing - Product is responsible for driving the digital commerce strategy for product-centric marketing across global markets. This role involves creating and executing digital-first marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, engage consumers, and drive product category sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and product lifecycle management, along with a passion for storytelling that resonates with diverse global audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize consumer insights, market research, and data analytics to inform product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and lead the global digital product marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall brand and business goals.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of innovative digital marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, engagement, and sales across multiple categories and digital channels.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and apply them to product marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Creative to ensure cohesive and impactful product launches.
  • Coordinate with regional marketing teams to ensure global consistency in messaging while allowing for local market adaptations.
  • Establish KPIs and utilize analytics to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Manage the global digital product marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or merchandising.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles, preferably in the consumer goods or fashion industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful global digital commerce marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for the Crocs brand and eagerness to understand the brand's values and consumer base.
  • Experience working with various project management tools & communication tools.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organization skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, globally, and influence key stakeholders.
