You will own the top-of-funnel demand generation strategy, driving acquisition goals and connecting those efforts with initiatives that enhance customer growth down the funnel. This position requires a strong leader who can foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the digital marketing team. As the Director, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including global campaigns, field marketing, product, and analytics, to align marketing strategies with business objectives. You will oversee the creation and execution of high-impact digital campaigns, including targeted advertising, paid search, paid social, and SEO. Additionally, you will utilize Account-Based Marketing tools to target high-value accounts and optimize paid marketing performance against segments and account targets. Your ability to dive deep into data with reports and dashboards will be crucial for monitoring campaign results and driving strategic decision-making to optimize performance. You will also manage the annual budgeting process and provide clear, consistent communication with stakeholders regarding strategy, tactics, goals, and performance of campaigns.
