The Director of Global Digital Product Marketing will play a critical role in driving the digital commerce strategy for product marketing across global markets. In this role, the Director will utilize consumer insights, market research, and data analytics to inform product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. They will develop and lead the global digital product marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall brand and business goals. Building and leading a high-performing team will be essential, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. The Director will oversee the creation and execution of innovative digital marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, engagement, and sales across multiple categories and digital channels, including web and mobile. Staying ahead of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices will be crucial, as will applying these insights to Crocs' product marketing initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Creative, will ensure cohesive and impactful product launches, while coordinating with regional marketing teams will maintain global consistency in messaging with local market adaptations. Performance management will involve establishing KPIs and utilizing analytics to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance. The Director will also manage the global digital product marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
