The Director, Global HEOR & RWE at Daiichi Sankyo is a pivotal role focused on developing and driving the Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) and Real-World Evidence (RWE) strategies for oncology franchise products. In this role, the Director will be responsible for preparing global value dossiers that articulate product value propositions and supporting evidence, ensuring alignment with product development strategies. The position involves planning and conducting various HEOR and RWE studies, including early economic models and burden of illness studies, while also developing and validating PRO instruments for clinical trials. The Director will assess RWE data gaps and build a cross-functional evidence generation strategy to support reimbursement submissions. Additionally, the role includes managing projects outsourced to external consultancies, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. The Director will also maintain a deep understanding of HEOR methods and the evolving public health policy landscape in key markets such as the USA, Europe, and Japan.
