The Director, Global Market Access, Immunology will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the global market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategy for the Immunology portfolio. This position is critical in ensuring that access considerations are integrated into global access plans, and it involves taking informed positions related to price, value, and affordability challenges throughout the product development and launch phases. The Director will collaborate closely with various teams, including Commercial, Research & Development, the Center for Observational and Real-World Evidence (CORE), Medical Affairs, Policy, Communications, and regional and country teams to develop and execute a comprehensive global market access strategy. Key responsibilities include developing a global payer value proposition and access strategy for assigned assets, ensuring that patient access objectives are aligned with clinical development and commercial plans. The Director will synthesize and communicate payer customer insights to inform current and future access strategies, including identifying access opportunities and risks by country archetype. This role also involves co-leading the 4th hurdle framework assessments with CORE to inform access strategy and evidence generation plans, as well as developing global pricing strategies and negotiation tactics to support Global, Regional, and Country plans. The Director will also provide access assumptions into business development assessments and partner with Policy colleagues to shape value frameworks and policies impacting value assessment. Additionally, the role includes leading the development of value communication resources, such as payer value decks and other access resources, to effectively communicate the value of the Immunology portfolio to payers and stakeholders.
