About the position

As the Director of Global Marketing Operations for Men's at NIKE, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing operations for the Men's marketing team. This position is designed for a strategic operator and team leader who will be responsible for transforming seasonal strategies and marketing intent into actionable plans. You will ensure that teams deliver on time against scope and resource intent, acting as the engine that powers the marketing offense. Your leadership will be essential in creating consistency and accountability across the organization, fostering collaboration, and driving operational efficiency. In this role, you will lead the development of an integrated offense for the Global Men's team, strategically managing resources and operational processes to meet consumer needs. You will be tasked with driving collaboration between teams, ensuring consistency in ways of work, and delivering projects effectively. Your ability to leverage tools and communication skills will be crucial in delivering best-in-class work, while your empathetic leadership style will help unlock the potential of your team and navigate complex challenges. You will report directly to the Sr Director of Planning & Operations, Mens & Energy, and work closely with various teams including Global CODE, Marketing Planning, Brand Management, and Geo Marketing Operations. This position requires a high-impact leader who is not only a problem solver but also someone who can influence and lead cross-functional workstreams within a matrix organization. Your strategic background and experience in building visions and roadmaps will be vital in driving the success of the marketing operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Marketing Operations for the Global Mens team.
  • Develop an integrated offense and drive collaboration between teams.
  • Create operational processes to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Manage resources effectively to meet consumer needs.
  • Leverage tools and communication skills to deliver high-quality work.
  • Drive rigor and consistency across the organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in operations, marketing, or project management.
  • Proven track record of driving cross-functional workstreams.
  • Strong strategic background with experience in building visions and roadmaps.
  • Enthusiastic problem solver with the ability to influence and lead teams.
  • Empathetic leader energized by unlocking organizational potential.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and visual.
  • Proficiency in Airtable, Figma, Keynote, and Excel is preferred.
