The Director of Global Medical Scientific & Communication at skinbetter science is a pivotal role responsible for establishing and enhancing the medical authority of the brand across new markets, with a strong emphasis on dermatological insights. This position involves developing a comprehensive clinical and proof of efficacy roadmap in collaboration with the VP of Clinicals, Medical & Scientific Affairs, Research & Innovation (R&I), and local markets. The Director will be tasked with building scientific communication strategies that highlight the scientific superiority of skinbetter science products and drive visible innovation for the brand's global rollout. In this role, the Director will leverage dermatological aesthetic insights to build medical authority in new markets. This includes creating a board of worldwide Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for consultation and co-construction, which will aid in the adaptation of clinical studies and the valorization of scientific findings. The Director will also be responsible for collecting relevant local dermatological and aesthetic insights to fuel innovation, particularly with a strong focus on the Chinese market. The position requires active participation in KOL advisory boards and local market events to support and represent the skinbetter science brand. The Director will manage the scientific adaptation of clinical plans for international brand expansion, transforming insights into concrete strategic plans that include clinical studies and publications. This role also involves identifying new claims and medical insights supported by superior proofs of efficacy, managing logistics for clinical studies, and developing scientific communications and content that effectively convey the generated science and proof of efficacy. Additionally, the Director will provide guidance to markets on implementing scientific communication strategies and partner with the DMI Marketing team to support the brand's advancement into new realms of scientific innovation and consumer claims.
