About the position

As the Director of Global Omni Marketing at Deckers Brands, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategies for our renowned brands, including UGG, HOKA, Teva, and AHNU. This position is designed for a creative and strategic media/marketing professional who is passionate about delivering unique brand experiences in the marketplace. You will collaborate closely with various regions, including China, EMEA, Japan, and North America, as well as Integrated Agency Teams, to design and implement media strategies that resonate with our key consumers and communities. Your efforts will be instrumental in developing a global reporting suite of consumer and campaign metrics, ensuring that our marketing initiatives are data-driven and impactful. In this role, you will leverage consumer insights to craft differentiated global media strategies within an integrated marketing framework. This involves working closely with regional teams to identify, target, and influence our brands' consumer segments effectively. You will also advocate for and coach the adoption of advanced planning and measurement tools, such as Marketing Mix Modeling and sufficiency analysis, to enhance our marketing effectiveness. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a global reporting suite of key consumer and campaign metrics, collaborating with regional partners to create learning roadmaps and share best practices across the organization. Responsibilities

  • Leverage consumer insights to design differentiated global media strategies within an integrated marketing framework.
  • Work closely with regional teams to identify, type, target, and influence our brands' consumer segments.
  • Advocate and coach adoption of advanced planning and measurement tools, such as Marketing Mix Modeling and sufficiency analysis.
  • Develop and maintain a global reporting suite of key consumer and campaign metrics.
  • Collaborate with regional partners to create learning roadmaps and share best practices.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with digital media (brand or agency) and ample experience partnering in an integrated framework (brand/creative, PR, sports marketing, etc.).
  • Experience working with global brands/campaigns is a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking and collaboration skills.
