The Global PR Director at Tiffany & Co. will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's global communications strategy and overseeing the execution of its media initiatives across all product categories. This position is responsible for driving impactful collection launches and ensuring consistent year-round editorial coverage that reinforces the brand's leadership in voice across various channels, including print, digital, and social media. The Director will lead the strategic development of all global press materials and directives, ensuring that the Global PR team's briefing documents and processes are effectively managed. In addition to overseeing the global communications calendar, the Director will collaborate closely with regional PR teams to align their activities with global directives and business objectives. This includes reviewing regional requests related to media, events, and partnerships, and ensuring that all regional programming and content development are in sync with the overarching global strategy. The role also encompasses the management of global event planning and execution, requiring a collaborative approach with regional teams to ensure successful outcomes. Key responsibilities include building and overseeing the global communications calendar, leading the development of strategic editorial plans, managing PR materials and asset toolkits, overseeing budgets, and ensuring that all project briefs are comprehensive and aligned with the brand's objectives. The Director will also partner with the Global Events Director to ideate and execute event programs that support product launches and amplify key collections. Furthermore, the role involves managing and developing a team of two global PR managers, fostering a collaborative environment, and supporting the VP in achieving departmental goals.
