About the position

The Director, Global Strategic Supplier Governance at Kenvue is responsible for overseeing the execution of global supplier agreements and ensuring a standardized approach to supplier governance. This role focuses on enhancing service delivery through supplier scorecards, KPI management, and supplier-led innovation, while also managing relationships with key partners to drive performance improvements and align with business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Own the process for operational teams and global functions in maintaining and improving the performance of global partners regarding contractual commitments and supplier risk.
  • Responsible for setting the strategy for service delivery model optimization.
  • Own relationships with key partners for CRE; support the delivery of the supplier strategy, policy, and standards.
  • Own supplier management metrics and scorecards; collaborate with Business Operations Teams to report appropriate metrics for global roll-up.
  • Use appropriate KPIs to measure performance and drive improvements through robust analysis of issues and continuous improvement activities.
  • Work with regional FM organizations to develop/maintain market intelligence to inform service model strategy.
  • Establish global governance capable of driving standardized delivery of services and metrics that provide value and efficiency for the business.
  • Provide leadership for projects involving changes to global suppliers or materials.

Requirements

  • 15 years of relative business experience in Facility Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or supplier management.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Focused degree in Business, Supply Chain/Procurement, Engineering, Facilities Management or related discipline is preferred.
  • MBA or master's degree, or equivalent, is preferred.
  • Preferred Certifications include NCMA - Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or CPCM, and ISM - Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM).
  • Strong eye for business and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to effectively partner and deliver results in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong project management skills, proven organization, coordination and action tracking skills.
