About the position

The Director of Global Total Rewards at WTW is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive total rewards strategies that encompass pay, benefits, careers, and wellbeing for complex, global organizations. This role involves collaboration with colleagues worldwide to deliver integrated solutions to clients and leading the sales and delivery of complex total rewards client projects. The position requires close work with leadership teams to execute strategic priorities and support the growth of total rewards solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with large, complex clients to develop and implement total rewards strategies that integrate across pay, benefits, careers, and wellbeing.
  • Oversee teams across multiple HWC businesses in delivering total rewards solutions to clients.
  • Identify, develop, and close on strategic sales opportunities and cross-sell new products and services.
  • Draft statements of work, project plans, and budgets involving multiple workflow streams and client and consultant teams.
  • Ensure team progress against established objectives, budget, timeline, deliverables, and quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and update intellectual capital and marketing strategies connected to total rewards.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in client consulting across pay, benefits, careers, and/or wellbeing programs related to multinational organizations.
  • Experience leading client-facing strategy discussions.
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and grow market share.
  • Superior ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and work across all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and workstreams with time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Strong client relationship, interpersonal, and team skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience living and working overseas.
  • Foreign language skills preferred but not essential.
