About The Position
The Director of Global Total Rewards supports the execution of our Total Rewards strategy, set by our Global Head of Total Rewards. You will ensure the seamless implementation of compensation, benefits, and rewards programs across a complex, high-growth international organization. You will help guide operational excellence, compliance, and alignment with business objectives while managing key stakeholders and ensuring a consistent and equitable rewards structure. Additionally, you will provide support to the Global Head of Total Rewards in the daily management of the Total Rewards team, ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration across teams. You will report to our Global Head of Total Rewards, who is based in the UK. We operate a flexible working arrangement, meaning you could work remotely, fully onsite (in one of our US offices), or on a hybrid working pattern.
