About the position

The Director of Graduate Enrollment Marketing at Michigan State University is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives aimed at attracting, engaging, and enrolling high-quality graduate students into the Broad College of Business's graduate programs. This role requires a creative self-starter who can work collaboratively with a team to enhance the college's mission and vision, utilizing data-driven decision-making and staying current with industry best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives to attract graduate students.
  • Create and implement successful enrollment marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with college stakeholders to advance the Broad College's mission and vision.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Stay current on industry best practices in graduate recruitment and marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Telecommunications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in public/media relations, marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms to design and measure outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with digital marketing channels such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Pardot or HubSpot.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO management services and project management software.
