As the Director of Grants Accounting at Southeast Missouri Behavioral Health, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a dedicated team responsible for a variety of accounting-related activities. In this full-time position, you will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Your responsibilities will extend beyond mere oversight; you will be actively involved in the development of annual budgets in collaboration with the executive team, focusing on revenue models, staffing patterns, and expenses. You will also ensure that your team meets performance targets within specified timeframes, fostering a climate that attracts, retains, and motivates top-quality staff.
