About the position

The Director of Growth Analytics at SiriusXM will play a crucial role in driving insights and data-driven strategies to enhance the company's portfolio of businesses. This position involves building and leading a growth analytics team, collaborating closely with Commercial and Product organizations, and mentoring team members to maximize their impact. The role requires a deep understanding of subscriber growth drivers and the ability to communicate insights effectively to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the thought leader for analytics and strategic data insights for growth initiatives.
• Partner with the Commercial and Product teams to understand drivers of subscriber growth and identify levers to increase it.
• Identify high-value opportunities to integrate Product or Programming data into growth initiatives.
• Develop key metrics and provide proactive insights to Marketing and Product Analytics teams for subscriber acquisition improvement.
• Guide the development of experimentation strategy, reporting, and analysis to measure performance and action insights.
• Understand SiriusXM's business model and data, including streaming and automotive data.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to business partners and executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, computer science, math, economics or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience as a technical consultant or analyst with a history of delivering high value outcomes.
• Strong creative and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Thorough knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Experience with large datasets and extracting insights from data.
• Strong Tableau dashboard development skills or equivalent experience in similar BI tools.
• Interpersonal skills to interact and partner with colleagues at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
