As the Director of Growth Marketing for North America, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and deliver value to our key accounts. This position requires a dynamic and collaborative marketing leader who can lead a small team and work closely with various departments including Sales, RevOps, Labs, Customer Success, and Solutions. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, refining, and optimizing account-based marketing plans that align with sales goals and account strategies. Your role will involve segmenting and targeting key decision-makers within strategic accounts, utilizing data and insights to create tailored value propositions that address specific needs and pain points. In this position, you will run integrated, multi-channel marketing programs, measuring and optimizing the performance of these activities to ensure they meet our objectives. You will also analyze customer lifecycle gaps and opportunities to support broader account initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide added value to our clients. This includes engaging with industry influencers, community groups, and advocacy programs, as well as managing the EMEA growth marketing budget and resources effectively. Your leadership will be crucial in mentoring and guiding your team, ensuring that we leverage our technology stack to its fullest potential while driving innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our clients.
