About the position

At EZRA, we are on a mission to empower individuals through coaching, helping them to understand their goals, weaknesses, and strengths. As the Director of Growth Marketing for North America, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and deliver value to our key accounts. This position requires a dynamic and collaborative marketing leader who can lead a small team and work closely with various departments including Sales, RevOps, Labs, Customer Success, and Solutions. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, refining, and optimizing account-based marketing plans that align with sales goals and account strategies. Your role will involve segmenting and targeting key decision-makers within strategic accounts, utilizing data and insights to create tailored value propositions that address specific needs and pain points. In this position, you will run integrated, multi-channel marketing programs, measuring and optimizing the performance of these activities to ensure they meet our objectives. You will also analyze customer lifecycle gaps and opportunities to support broader account initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide added value to our clients. This includes engaging with industry influencers, community groups, and advocacy programs, as well as managing the EMEA growth marketing budget and resources effectively. Your leadership will be crucial in mentoring and guiding your team, ensuring that we leverage our technology stack to its fullest potential while driving innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, refine and optimise account-based marketing plans for strategic accounts, in alignment with sales goals and account plans.
  • Segment and target key decision makers and influencers within accounts using data, insights, and account intelligence.
  • Create value proposition specific to account need, pain point or vertical to land key messages into the accounts.
  • Run integrated, multi-channel programmes ‘inside-out' or ‘outside-in' of the client.
  • Measure and optimise the performance and impact of account-based marketing activities, and establish a dashboard for making data-driven insights and decisions.
  • Analyse other gaps and opportunities in the customer lifecycle to support wider account initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ‘value beyond growth' to our clients including industry influencers, community & alumni groups, advocacy programmes, award submissions and more.
  • Audit and leverage tech stack fully.
  • Manage EMEA growth marketing budget and resources.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with longer sales cycles.
  • Excellent leadership skills to mentor and guide a cross functional team.
  • Adept across the modern Martech and Salestech stack (SFDC, Pardot, G2, Demandbase, etc.).
  • Proficient across digital and offline demand gen tactics, ABM, and channels, including Events marketing.
  • Highly analytical, intellectually curious, and driven to root-cause analyses.
  • Enjoys translating and communicating data into actionable insights.
  • Iterative and agile working style; embraces ambiguity and the opportunity to build.
  • Working and communicating with senior level stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Working in cross cultural environments with an ability to operate on their own, as part of a team and globally (preferred).
  • Flexible hours may be required to manage projects across regions / time zones.
