At Intuit, we believe everyone has the right to prosper, which is why our mission is Powering Prosperity Around the World. Being a mission-driven company includes living our values every day. That means integrity is at the foundation of everything we do, including the products we design, the role we play in the communities we are a part of, and the way we treat every person that is a part of the Intuit family. Our products, including TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, help solve our customers' most important problems to help them make more money, save time, and make financial decisions with confidence. TurboTax serves over 48 million consumers and businesses with a full range of tax solutions from Do-It-Yourself to Full-Service. Our ambition is to deliver double-digit revenue growth through the vision of "Getting Taxes Done for Everyone," with our greatest source of growth coming from acquiring consumers and business owners from the Assisted Tax segment with our powerful line of products and services. To continue our success, we must stay ahead of the curve on new customer acquisition models that extend core elements of our product into marketing channels and experiences. We are hiring for a Director of Growth Marketing for activating experts as an acquisition channel. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of product-led thinking together with a deep knowledge of marketing channels, particularly Search, Social, and CRM channels. We are looking for a "builder" - someone who is given broad autonomy to create and mobilize a team and to operate with velocity to build new capabilities, new partnerships, and programs from the ground up. This candidate should operate with a boundaryless, barrier-breaking mentality and a strong bias-for-action. The role will be responsible for assessing current capabilities to leverage our expert network in marketing channels, identifying gaps to enable experts as a marketing channel, building a product vision, hiring a team, and building a solution for implementation by the end of the year. Success will be evaluated by the ability to move with velocity to create, test, and scale a product solution that enables the marketing team to hit targets for unit and revenue growth for the Assisted Services portfolio of products, which is growing close to +20% annually.
