The Ascend Learning Healthcare Segment leads the way in innovation and solution creation to improve outcomes and deliver results for students, educators, and healthcare workers in the ever-changing field of healthcare. Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with the Product Marketing teams develop integrated marketing campaign plans that support business objectives and are coherent with customer needs, behaviors and expectations.
  • Oversee the execution, optimization and performance of marketing campaigns across channels and audiences ensuring that they achieve business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop a high-performing team of subject matter experts who are accountable for delivering best-in-class campaigns either directly or through agencies and channel partners.
  • Partner the Brand & Communications team to ensure that campaign messaging is aligned with strategy and informed by intimate customer knowledge.
  • Provide feedback on in-market results and testing to inform content development.
  • Actively participate in the selection and ongoing performance evaluation of media agencies and vendors.
  • Capture insights and feedback, internally and externally, to inform future campaign strategy and messaging.
  • Foster strong engagement and healthy collaboration within the organization, specifically with sales operations and sales teams.
  • Prepare and present reports on campaign and channel performance to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or business.
  • 10+ years of experience in integrated marketing campaigns including strong paid media background.
  • 5+ years in a management role including manager of people manager.
  • Significant track record in driving pipeline growth in B2B demand generation models including ABM and in direct eCommerce sales.
  • Strong track record of executional excellence with proven success implementing sophisticated campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong executive presence, demonstrated history of presenting to internal business partners and up to the executive level.
  • Outstanding project management skills.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker adept at translating business objectives into campaigns and tactics.
  • Results and growth oriented. Skilled at distilling diverse data sets and maintaining the focus on relevant KPI.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
