About the position

The Growth Product Management role at Upside is pivotal in leading the company's transformation from a successful single-vertical business to a thriving multi-vertical platform. This position focuses on acquiring and retaining customers with diverse needs while shaping the future growth trajectory of the company. The role involves building a high-performing team, developing growth strategies, and collaborating across various departments to enhance product adoption and user engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the Growth Product Management team, fostering professional development and a collaborative work environment.
  • Build a growth strategy focused on scaling product adoption, increasing engagement, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
  • Create quarterly product roadmaps that support growth-focused product initiatives and align with revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, engineering, and other teams to deliver meaningful growth projects.
  • Identify opportunities for marketing automation, applying AI and ML tools to enhance personalization and operational efficiency.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine user experiences and present growth performance to leadership.
  • Refine the experimentation and test-and-learn budget to explore growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of growth product management experience in a relevant industry.
  • Experience in building high-performing teams and collaborating across departments.
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills with a focus on driving measurable growth.
  • Proficiency with MarTech stack and growth analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Fullstory, and HotJar.
