Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Growth Product Management team, fostering professional development and a collaborative work environment.
• Build a growth strategy aimed at scaling product adoption, increasing engagement, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
• Create quarterly product roadmaps focused on growth initiatives that support feature adoption and align with revenue goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, engineering, and other teams to deliver meaningful growth projects.
• Identify opportunities for marketing automation, utilizing AI and ML tools for enhanced personalization and operational efficiency.
• Use data-driven insights to refine user experiences and present growth performance to leadership.

Requirements

• 12+ years of growth product management experience in a relevant industry.
• Experience in building high-performing teams and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills with a focus on driving measurable growth.
• Knowledge of MarTech stack and proficiency with growth analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Fullstory, and HotJar.
