About the position

The Growth Product Management Lead at Upside will spearhead the transition from a single-vertical business to a multi-vertical platform, focusing on customer acquisition and retention. This role involves developing a high-performing team, creating growth strategies, and collaborating across departments to enhance product adoption and engagement, ultimately driving sustainable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Growth Product Management team, fostering professional development and a collaborative work environment.
• Build a growth strategy aimed at scaling product adoption, increasing engagement, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
• Create quarterly product roadmaps focused on growth initiatives that support feature adoption and align with revenue goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, engineering, and other teams to deliver impactful growth projects.
• Identify opportunities for marketing automation, utilizing AI and ML tools for personalization and operational efficiency.
• Use data-driven insights to refine user experiences and present growth performance to leadership.

Requirements

• 12+ years of growth product management experience in a relevant industry.
• Experience in building high-performing teams and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills with a track record of driving measurable growth in product adoption and customer engagement.
• Proficiency with MarTech stack and growth analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Fullstory, and HotJar.
