As a Go-To-Market Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our go-to-market (GTM) strategies, ensuring that our products not only reach the market effectively but also resonate with our target audience. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and program management expertise to drive successful product launches and market penetration. In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans for all our products. You will be responsible for developing and refining our overall GTM strategy, ensuring that it aligns with our business goals. Your ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams will be essential in executing successful product launches. You will conduct thorough market analysis and research to identify emerging trends and opportunities that can enhance our GTM strategy. Your responsibilities will also include driving product marketing initiatives, which encompass messaging, positioning, and content development. You will partner closely with product teams to ensure that new products and features are launched successfully. Setting the strategic direction for upcoming product launches and market opportunities will be a key aspect of your role. You will need to incorporate both product-led and sales-led motions into the GTM strategy, managing multiple concurrent streams, launches, and releases to ensure timely execution. Additionally, you will facilitate vertical and cross-functional change management to drive business outcomes and address complex challenges effectively. Your experience in selecting, implementing, integrating, and optimizing tools and platforms will be vital in enhancing our GTM effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of company-wide go-to-market plans for all products.

  • Utilize experience in selecting, implementing, integrating, and optimizing tools/platforms to enhance GTM effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in GTM, product marketing, and program management.
  • Proven track record of successfully running GTM programs and driving product launches.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple streams and launches simultaneously.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address complex challenges.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to drive business outcomes.
