About the position

As the Director of HCPe Marketing IL-5 at GSK, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for the company's portfolio of anti-IL5 products. This role emphasizes healthcare professional engagement through peer-to-peer content, disease education, and collaboration with commercial teams. You will be responsible for setting engagement strategies, executing speaker programs, and driving performance metrics while ensuring cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Healthcare Professional (HCP) Marketing strategy for anti-IL5 products.
  • Lead peer-to-peer content and disease education efforts at GSK funded speaker programs.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team, including HCP Marketing and strategic engagement teams.
  • Set overall engagement strategy by customer segmentation including P2P, Steering Committees, and Advisory Boards.
  • Execute Speaker Program Strategy and manage resource allocation in partnership with sales, medical, and marketing teams.
  • Develop and execute congress strategy and manage operations for national congresses.
  • Support field teams in setting strategy for sub-national congresses and drive top-line performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 8 years of commercial experience including marketing, sales, and/or market access.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in US Pharmaceutical/biotech in-line brand marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in strategy and/or development of HCP engagement efforts.
  • Ability to travel domestically, up to 35%.

Nice-to-haves

  • Launch experience and ability to shape the market with innovative approaches.
  • Experience in Respiratory, Specialty, and/or Rare Diseases.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical skills with strong operational experience.
  • Understanding of US Pharmaceutical channel, pricing, and market access strategies.
  • Broad commercial experience including brand lifecycle management and budget management.
