About the position

The Director of HCP Marketing at Lantheus is responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for a diagnostic product, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives. This role involves providing strategic leadership in multi-channel marketing, managing external partners, and driving innovation within the marketing team. The director will also participate in annual planning processes, define marketing KPIs, and foster a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for a diagnostic product.
  • Provide ongoing strategic leadership to marketing multi-channel/digital best practices.
  • Identify long-term process needs of the marketing team.
  • Participate in the annual operating planning process to shape tactical plans and budgets.
  • Drive innovation culture and define marketing KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Identify and manage agencies and external partners, ensuring accountability to policies and budgets.
  • Navigate campaigns through medical, legal, and regulatory reviews.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize based on evaluations.
  • Attract, develop, and retain team members, inspiring their capabilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in regulated life sciences organizations (Biotech, Pharmaceutical, or Diagnostic preferred).
  • Experience managing a healthcare marketing team.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive corporate objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid advertising, social media platforms, and digital best practices.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills to distill data into actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in health care, life sciences, or communications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience marketing hospital-based products.
  • MBA or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce/Marketing Cloud.
  • Knowledge of medical imaging modalities and treatment paradigms.
  • Product knowledge of contrast agents and injectables.
