About the position

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a Director of High Volume Recruiting to lead a team responsible for high volume hiring across multiple sites in Ohio, Arizona, California, and any future locations. This role requires a proven leader with extensive experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within the healthcare, pharmacy, or logistics sectors. The Director will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and will be responsible for defining and leading the talent recruitment strategy, managing and mentoring the recruitment team, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs. The position involves building effective sourcing strategies, managing partnerships with external agencies, and enhancing employer branding efforts to attract talent.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the talent recruitment strategy for high-volume recruiting across pharmacy and fulfillment center positions in OH, AZ and CA.
  • Partner with hiring managers, senior leadership and HR to understand hiring needs and provide updates on recruiting progress.
  • Manage, mentor and develop the high-volume recruitment team to meet staffing requirements.
  • Identify and onboard high-performing recruiters to ensure the team has the right skillsets and resources.
  • Run effective team meetings, including weekly standups and 1-on-1s, to ensure clear communication and accountability.
  • Build and implement effective sourcing strategies leveraging various channels.
  • Use recruitment data and analytics to provide real-time insights on the team's pipeline and future forecasting.
  • Manage partnerships with key external agencies for senior-level and temporary positions.
  • Manage employer branding efforts to enhance local presence and talent attraction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 13+ years progressive recruiting experience, focusing on high-volume hiring in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or Fulfillment / Logistics sectors
  • 6+ years experience leading remote and onsite recruiting teams
  • Proven experience leading high-volume recruiting teams across internal and agency settings
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a broad spectrum of positions across various functions
  • Proven track record of scaling recruitment efforts in high-demand environments
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies in the recruitment process and implement strategies for improvement
  • Clear and concise communication style with the ability to influence and enact change
  • Analytical mindset and systems thinker
  • Self-starter, builder, and hands-on approach
