We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate customer-focused leader to join our team in the fight against HIV/AIDS. The Marketing Chapter Lead partners with the US Commercial Leaders across the portfolio in the hiring, onboarding, development, and performance evaluation of the marketers on the team. They should have a passion for and experience in developing diverse people and teams. Additional responsibilities include supporting teams in acquiring and growing skills and capabilities needed to build marketing and business acumen, partnering with US Commercial Leaders on strength-based performance coaching, and working across the enterprise to support knowledge sharing on new capabilities and also internal/external best practices. The Marketing Chapter Lead will also develop a personalized/team learning journey to support skills and capabilities building. This role is crucial in ensuring that our marketing strategies align with our commitment to patient care and innovative solutions in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with US Commercial Leaders on hiring, onboarding, development, and performance evaluation of marketers.
  • Support teams in acquiring and growing skills and capabilities needed to build marketing and business acumen.
  • Provide strength-based performance coaching in collaboration with US Commercial Leaders.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing on new capabilities and internal/external best practices across the enterprise.
  • Develop personalized/team learning journeys to support skills and capabilities building.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of combined marketing/marketing support/sales leadership experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced Agile environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior commercial leaders.
  • Knowledgeable about Agile principles and their application.
  • Passionate about change and continuous improvement; willing to challenge the status quo and point out areas of development.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess marketing performance and ROI.
