About the position

The Director of House of Coffee Operations at Tampa General Hospital is responsible for establishing operational fundamentals and driving growth through a deep understanding of business and customer needs. This role focuses on maximizing efficiency and productivity through process analysis and collaboration across departments, while balancing vision and strategy to ensure effective execution of business plans.

Responsibilities

  • Establish robust operational fundamentals for the House of Coffee operations.
  • Drive growth through understanding business and customer needs.
  • Maximize efficiency and productivity through process analysis.
  • Collaborate interdepartmentally to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Toggle between vision and strategy to drive execution of business plans.

Requirements

  • Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree in business or closely related field required.
  • 10-12 years of experience in experiential, flagship, and/or premium retail environments.
  • Experience in advocating for and implementing processes that improve customer experience.
  • Led the development of a full business plan in an operations environment for at least two business cycles.
  • Accountable for a sizable P&L with a keen understanding of financial levers.

  • Experience in customer service roles.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and feedback.
