About the position

The Director of House of Coffee Operations at Tampa General Hospital is responsible for establishing operational fundamentals and driving growth through a deep understanding of business and customer needs. Responsibilities

• Establish robust operational fundamentals for the House of Coffee operations.

Requirements

• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree in business or closely related field required.
• 10-12 years of experience in experiential, flagship, and/or premium retail environments.
• Experience in advocating for and implementing processes that improve customer experience.
• Led the development of a full business plan in an operations environment for at least two business cycles.
• Accountable for a sizable P&L with a keen understanding of financial levers.
