About the position

The Director of HR Digital Transformation is responsible for leading the strategic implementation of innovative technology solutions that enhance employee experience and optimize HR processes. This role aims to position HR as a key business enabler by delivering best-in-class tech solutions, streamlining processes, and fostering innovation within the HR function. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital trends and HR technology platforms to create a high-performing, digitally-enabled HR environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the HR digital transformation strategy.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement best-in-class HR technologies to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze and re-engineer HR processes using digital tools to eliminate inefficiencies and automate workflows.
  • Oversee change management efforts to build a digital culture within HR and across the organization.
  • Partner closely with IT, Operations, and other key business functions to integrate HR's digital initiatives into the broader enterprise transformation roadmap.
  • Design and implement digital solutions that prioritize a seamless employee experience.
  • Drive the adoption of data analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and inform business decisions.
  • Manage relationships with third-party technology vendors to ensure effective integration and scalability.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in digital HR and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR, digital transformation, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of HR technology platforms (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS) and evolving technology trends.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives in a large organization.
  • Excellent project management and change management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
