Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR management, focusing on HR service delivery and operations.
  • Experience in a $2 billion healthcare system or larger.
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting mergers and acquisitions due diligence and integration.
  • Project management experience.
  • Employee relations experience.
  • Knowledge of related industry, organizational policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Legal experience in developing and implementing strategic planning processes.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Additional certifications in HR or project management.
