About the position

The Director, HR Product Owner at Everest Global Services, Inc. is responsible for leading the vision and strategy for Workday-related content and services within the HR department. This role involves collaborating with HR stakeholders and IT teams to deliver business objectives, manage the Workday configuration strategy, and foster a culture of innovation and inclusivity. The position requires a strong focus on developing the Workday roadmap, consulting with stakeholders to solve complex problems, and ensuring effective documentation and process management.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the vision and strategy for HR content and services related to Workday.
  • Develop the overall Workday roadmap to align with organizational goals.
  • Consult with key stakeholders to identify and understand complex problems.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation.
  • Support team development and cross-training.
  • Ensure accurate process documentation for HR technology processes.
  • Manage the Workday configuration strategy in partnership with the HR Program Director.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings with global business advisory partners and configuration design sessions.
  • Partner with internal technology teams and vendors to deliver business objectives.
  • Develop proof of concepts based on business requirements.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in information technology.
  • 5 to 7 years' configuration experience in Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, and/or Talent & Recruiting.
  • Functional expertise in HR topics like HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, and/or Talent & Recruiting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives with urgency.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
