About the position

The Director of Human Resources at ICW Group is responsible for leading a team of HR Business Partners and HR Project Managers, overseeing enterprise-wide HR programs and initiatives. This role focuses on organizational design, succession planning, change management, and workforce planning, playing a key role in the strategic and tactical rollout of initiatives that support the company's transformative journey. The position requires collaboration with HR leadership and business groups to enhance the company's growth and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Directs the day-to-day operations of the HR Business Partners to deliver best in class HR delivery.
  • Provides vision, inspiration, coaching, and mentoring to the HR Business Partners.
  • Collaborates in launching a new job architecture focusing on succession planning and career development.
  • Partners closely with HR counterparts to ensure alignment in business practices.
  • Establishes and maintains positive relationships with senior business leaders to drive HR strategic direction.
  • Serves as an HRBP to Senior Leaders in advising on organizational goals and deliverables.
  • Utilizes data and metrics to provide insights for decision-making and interventions.
  • Collaborates with VP, Human Resources in supporting HR strategy and cultural change.
  • Partners with VP, Human Resources in HR programs such as organizational assessment and workforce planning.
  • Fosters change leadership and drives a valued culture in conjunction with diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Develops strategies focusing on HR initiatives aligned with company goals.
  • Ensures compliance with labor laws through policy and procedure development.
  • Tracks progress and reports the status of projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Human Resources including HRBP, operations, management, and/or organizational process improvement required.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience required.
  • Professional HR certifications preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
  • Strong understanding of HR Business Partner work and HR operations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of agile working methodology is a strong plus.
