In this role, you will develop and own HR strategies specifically for the Aerospace sector, focusing on three key Integrated Supply Chain functions: Sourcing, Focused Supplier Development (FSD), and Rate Readiness organizations. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a business partner across these three organizations, collaborating closely with the functional Vice Presidents and their leadership teams. You will engage with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services, actively participating in staffing, organizational development, and talent management initiatives. Your expertise in HR will be crucial in aligning critical human resources principles with our business objectives. You will also play a key role in aligning organizational transformations and staffing strategies to promote talent and growth within the company. This position requires a proactive approach to drive organizational effectiveness, manage change, and build strong relationships while providing administrative support and leading training and development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years of exceptional experience in HR project management or a related role

  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
