Collaborating with the Workforce Planning team, you will help develop and execute workforce plans to meet talent needs, while partnering with HR Centers of Expertise to deliver effective solutions and programs. Your role will also involve promoting inclusivity and improving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion within the organization. You will identify development needs for supported groups and ensure leaders utilize tools to foster a positive culture where employees feel valued and respected. As an ambassador of the AES employer brand, you will work with communications to ensure timely and relevant messaging.
