The Director of Human Resource Services - Compensation is a pivotal role within the Henry County Schools, responsible for providing administrative leadership to the Human Resources staff, particularly in the areas of compensation, classification, and certification. The Director will serve as a liaison between Human Resources and Finance, facilitating effective communication and addressing employee inquiries and concerns regarding compensation practices. Additionally, the Director will oversee employment processes, including certification processes and employment contracts, while ensuring that district personnel are trained in compensation guidelines. The role requires a commitment to maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and adherence to the Georgia Professional Standards Code of Ethics for Educators.
