About the position

The Director - Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the Engineering Group at KLA is a strategic role responsible for driving talent management initiatives within one of the company's largest product divisions. This position focuses on aligning human resources strategies with business objectives, enhancing talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with management to attract, develop, engage and retain highly qualified talent globally to meet the business' needs.
  • Craft and implement the company's talent management tools and processes, delivering consultative services to management in support of talent decisions.
  • Guide management in personnel policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions and actions consistent with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Lead annual focal process and budget across the group, including support in design and understanding of KLA pay and benefits structures.
  • Define, analyze, and measure outcomes of HR programs through data analysis, reporting and presentation.
  • Provide coaching and tailor suggestions to balance individual and company needs.
  • Provide strong HR consulting services in handling employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
  • Promote organizational change by providing tools, advice and guidance to the business.
  • Identify learning opportunities and organize needs to provide developmental solutions.
  • Educate, guide and assess regulatory compliance and reporting to management.

Requirements

  • Master's Level Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology or related Business Administration.
  • 8+ years of work experience in HR or related fields.
