About The Position

The Human Resources Manager at Comcast is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with company objectives. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in Human Resources management.
• Strong skills in Change Management, Consultative Solutions, HR Strategic Management, and People Management.

• Certifications in HR management or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and coordinates HR policies and procedures to maintain an effective department.
• Counsels management and employees on disciplinary actions and performance issues.
• Provides support and coaching for training and development programs.
• Oversees compliance with government, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains an efficient recruitment and interviewing function to ensure adequate staffing.
• Develops HR strategies for business groups, including workforce planning and talent management.
• Partners with business leaders to achieve organizational alignment.
• Leads department personnel, including supervision, hiring, training, and performance management.
• Operates HRIS systems to maintain data integrity.
• Exercises independent judgment in significant matters.
