About the position

The Director of Working Capital & Cash Flow Performance at Ahold Delhaize USA is responsible for driving performance across the organization by supporting the Office of the CEO with analytical and predictive analyses. This role focuses on achieving merger Working Capital Synergies, monitoring and reporting on financial performance, and leading improvement projects related to Working Capital and Free Cash Flow. The position also involves governance of the 'Save for our Customer' program, ensuring annual savings targets are met, and providing decision support to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a structured benchmarking process to highlight profit and working capital improvement opportunities.
• Conduct deep-dive analytical procedures to identify opportunities for profitability and cost efficiency.
• Provide decision support to CFO/CEO through scenario and predictive analysis.
• Establish a governance structure for the 'Save for our Customer' program and support Brands with financial insights.
• Lead planning, reporting, and analysis of Free Cash Flow and Working Capital.
• Work with Brands to establish appropriate improvement targets.
• Lead a team of Finance Managers and Analysts, driving accountability and development.

Requirements

• 10+ years' relevant experience in finance, category management, merchandising, and/or supply chain.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, and/or accounting.
• Ability to lead and influence senior executives and leaders across multiple disciplines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
