About the position

The Director of Indirect Procurement - Facilities at LogicSource is a pivotal role responsible for leading and managing engagements related to Facilities Spend, including Facilities Maintenance, Design & Construction, and Supplies. This position requires collaboration with client stakeholders to develop cost-saving strategies and ensure high supplier performance while driving organizational change and procurement transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost savings and strategic sourcing projects while ensuring business continuity and high level of supplier performance
• Manage spend, supplier, and market data to analyze savings opportunities and value chain impacts
• Lead supplier market RFI/RFP activities, including execution, readouts, and business case implications
• Drive annual productivity improvements in each category of spend by optimizing total cost of ownership (TCO)
• Support development of new policies and procedures to drive savings and lead organizational change management
• Leverage LogicSource's Center of Excellence (COE) category experts during the sourcing process
• Support and lead sourcing events, including vendor sourcing and contract negotiations
• Onboard new suppliers and define specific roadmaps for sourcing categories
• Lead research and analytics efforts to validate savings projections and enable precise supplier negotiations
• Review major contracts and act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for complex negotiations
• Monitor and evaluate savings against targets by category and supplier
• Develop PPV trackers for improved price/savings baseline analysis
• Communicate functional supply chain or sourcing strategy to diverse managers and senior professionals
• Build supplier management and continuous improvement methodologies with key suppliers
• Work cross-functionally to deliver sourcing and procurement cost savings and risk mitigation projects
• Focus on achieving overall category cost savings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in indirect procurement, vendor management, and strategic sourcing
• Deep expertise in Facilities/FF&E, including Facilities Maintenance, Design & Construction, and Supplies
• Experience managing category spend over $200MM annually
• Strong knowledge of business/contract issues and competitive products/services
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively.
