MKD Electric is seeking an experienced Director of Industrial Sales who will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's sales strategy and budget. This position is designed for a seasoned sales leader with a strong background in the electrical design-build industry, particularly within industrial markets. The Director will report directly to the VP of Operations and will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, and ensuring consistent business growth while enhancing MKD's brand awareness. The Director will collaborate with other sales leaders across the U.S. to deliver comprehensive solution sales to key accounts and target market segments. This role requires the development of executable strategies and plans to achieve both short-term and long-term objectives of the company. The Director will also be tasked with monitoring revenue performance, conducting root cause analyses, and adjusting sales strategies as necessary to meet company goals. Additionally, the position involves maximizing engagement with internal and external partners to lead the development of a multi-year operational plan aimed at revenue growth. In this fast-paced and agile environment, the Director will continuously assess market potential, identify new business opportunities, and ensure that MKD maintains a differentiable value proposition across various industries. The role also includes setting specific sales goals aligned with the overall business direction, managing the vision and strategy for the sales team, and fostering leadership development to build a strong sales team for current and future ambitions. Partnering with HR to recruit and retain top-tier sales talent is also a key responsibility of this position.
