About the position
The Director, Influencer Health & Wellness at Zeno Group will lead the Digital Health and Wellness team, focusing on influencer engagement for clients in the pharmaceutical and consumer wellness sectors. This role involves managing multiple influencer marketing campaigns, building client relationships, and developing strategies to drive digital accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in influencer marketing and digital communications, with a focus on delivering impactful results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple influencer marketing campaigns, from one-off executions to long-term programs.
- Build and manage client relationships, presenting concepts and developing strategies.
- Contribute to the agency's new business pitch process and identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on emerging technologies, influencers, and trends.
- Develop budgeting perspectives and lead negotiations with influencers and their agents.
- Understand the intersection of influencer marketing with other digital disciplines and make strategic recommendations.
- Provide leadership and coaching to junior team members.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of digital/social marketing experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Function knowledge of paid social and optimization processes.
- Understanding of health and wellness dynamics in communication.
- Prior experience with pharmaceutical and wellness brands is preferred.
- Excellent project management skills with attention to detail.
- Expert grasp of social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Strong client management skills and ability to understand business needs.
