The Director of Influencer Marketing will play a crucial role in growing our brand by leading our influencer marketing campaigns from conception to execution. You will be responsible for developing and executing influencer strategies that effectively generate demand, create trends, and elevate brand awareness while maintaining a luxury position for the brand. You will work closely with the Brand, Social, and Growth Marketing teams on a day-to-day basis. You will oversee the influencers community to build partnerships that align with business goals and resonate with target audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to drive sales, maintain a luxury position, and build brand awareness.
  • Identify and build relationships with key influencers across multiple platforms, focusing on beauty, art, and lifestyle verticals.
  • Oversee influencer campaign execution, ensuring seamless communication, content alignment, and successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align influencer marketing efforts with overall business objectives and product launches.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure timely payments to influencers.
  • Build and maintain a network of influencers who are a strong fit for our brand.
  • Spearhead the creation of content that generates sales, ensuring a strong impact on social media and retail sales.
  • Lead a team focused on meeting all objectives and KPIs as they pertain to Influencer Marketing and community growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Experience in the beauty, retail, luxury industries is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience managing a team.
