About The Position
The Director of Internal Audit at Starbucks is responsible for leading the execution of the company's mission to enable value creation, preservation, and brand growth through a risk-informed lens. This role involves overseeing the governance, risk, and control environment, providing independent assurance and insights to senior leadership across key business units and functional support groups. The director will develop and execute a risk-based audit plan, manage internal audit resources, and support the enterprise risk management program while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
