About the position

The Internal Communications and Engagement Director at Orveon Global is responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies that enhance employee engagement and align with company goals. This role involves collaborating with various departments to create impactful communications that resonate with employees, fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring effective two-way communication between management and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications and engagement strategy that aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Create and curate engaging branded content for internal communications platforms, including newsletters, intranet, emails, and presentations.
  • Design and execute programs that promote employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Partner with leadership and departmental heads to identify communication needs and develop tailored messaging.
  • Lead the annual employee engagement survey, analyze results and develop action plans in partnership with HR and the leadership team.
  • Develop and implement communication plans for crisis situations to ensure timely and accurate information dissemination.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on effective communication practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in communication tools and platforms (e.g., intranet, email marketing, collaboration tools).
  • Experience with data analysis and performance metrics.
