About the position

The Head of Data, Analytics, and Innovation at ANI Pharmaceuticals is responsible for leading the strategic direction and operational management of the organization's data, analytics, and innovation functions. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making, fostering a culture of innovation, and leveraging advanced analytics to enhance business performance and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the data and analytics strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Champion the use of data and analytics across the organization to drive business insights and innovation.
• Oversee the management, governance, and quality of data across the organization.
• Implement data governance policies, standards, and practices to ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance.
• Lead the development and deployment of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis and predictive modeling.
• Foster a culture of innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies and methodologies.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, and innovation specialists.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data and analytics needs and opportunities.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and effectiveness of data and innovation initiatives.
• Manage the budget and resources for the data, analytics, and innovation functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and innovation roles, with a proven track record of leadership
• Strong knowledge of data management, analytics tools, and technologies
• Experience with big data platforms, machine learning, and AI applications
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytics platforms (e.g., Azure, Python, R, Hadoop, Spark)
• Ability to drive change and foster a culture of innovation within an organization
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into business strategies
