About The Position
The Director of IT Infrastructure and Operations is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing the North America Infrastructure and Service Desk teams. This position focuses on strategic planning, design, and operational management of IT infrastructure, Service Desk, and End User Support functions. The Director will ensure that project goals, budgets, and timelines are effectively defined and met, while also driving continuous improvement to optimize technology performance and enhance end-user satisfaction.
