Alpert Jewish Family Service (Alpert JFS) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that has been serving the community since 1974. The organization is dedicated to strengthening and enriching the lives of individuals and families through comprehensive human services. The Director role is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing all day and residential disability services, managing staff and operations, and collaborating with agency leadership to enhance programs, compliance, and quality of care. This role is vital for the well-being of residents and their families, and for the long-term growth of the program. The Director is expected to lead with clarity, build strong relationships, and enhance the visibility and credibility of Alpert JFS disability services.
