We are currently seeking a Director of Leadership Communications and Operations for GM Global Markets, a role that is pivotal in shaping communications strategies across our global markets. In this position, the Director will leverage their deep understanding of global markets and the communications landscape to implement change management and comprehensive communications campaigns. This role requires a strong stakeholder manager who can provide strategic counsel to senior leaders, ensuring their brands are elevated and that communications deliver maximum impact for the business. The Director will also oversee the operations and collaboration across global markets teams, ensuring that processes and tools are effectively launched and maintained. The responsibilities include developing and executing a leadership, corporate, and internal communications strategy for the President of GM Global Markets, ensuring alignment with GM's overarching goals. The Director will partner with communications leaders to craft messages that resonate with target audiences, ensuring that organizational initiatives are communicated effectively to employees and stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves acting as a trusted advisor to executives, drafting various communications assets, and contributing to high-quality content production for internal and external channels. The Director will also support the development and maintenance of new programs and tools that enhance the global markets communications teams' effectiveness, while driving the sharing of best practices across the organization.
