About the position

The Director of Learning Delivery and Operations is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of various learning products at PMI. This role includes managing digital and physical course delivery, ensuring quality standards, and leading a team of specialists in areas such as quality assurance, digital product management, and translation. The Director will also engage in analytics and community feedback to enhance product engagement and maintain productivity protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the digital delivery of courses and learning tools.
• Manage the physical delivery of books and live events.
• Establish quality assurance and maintenance standards across products.
• Lead a team of specialists in quality assurance, digital product management, and translation.
• Support analytics and data tracking on product engagement.
• Gather community feedback to inform learning team activities.
• Maintain structured protocols for productivity tracking and project management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in operations management, digital education, or print publications.
• Advanced degree in business, project management, or operations preferred.
• Proven experience in managing operational aspects of large-scale learning delivery programs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex logistics and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing teams and external vendors in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
