About the position

Redgrave LLP is seeking a Director focused on Microsoft M365 functions and capabilities, particularly in Data Governance, Data Security, and Risk and Compliance. The role involves working directly with clients to address complex issues related to M365, defining strategic solutions, and enhancing service offerings. The Director will also assess new Microsoft features and ensure the defensible implementation of M365 features, contributing to the firm's competitive position.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and maintain trusted relationships with Firm team members, clients, business partners, and vendors.
  • Manage client relationships, identifying key issues and presenting solutions at the executive level.
  • Lead the technical aspects of engagements, providing quality analysis and recommendations.
  • Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of non-lawyers, ensuring high performance.
  • Perform quality assurance to ensure timely and high-quality work delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of the Firm and its brand.
  • Identify and direct business development initiatives that generate business.
  • Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans for market development activities.
  • Develop and maintain superior client relationships through marketing efforts.
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training Firm team members.
  • Act as a mentor to influence the growth and development of Firm team members.
  • Develop objective performance measurements for consistent evaluations across the Firm.

Requirements

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in eDiscovery and information governance within a law firm, consulting advisory firm, or corporate management function.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field; Master's or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience managing staff and remote teams.
  • Experience managing multiple, complex initiatives.
  • Proven technical, client management, project plan design, facilitation, and project leadership skills.
  • Depth of experience with M365, including Purview, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a legal context with Google office productivity suite products.
  • Experience with mobile devices and messaging, including Mobile Device Management tools.
  • Experience with investigating data loss and developing technical facts surrounding it.
